Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Pixelcasso website, account services, Mac application, and Premium features. By using Pixelcasso, you agree to these terms. If you use Pixelcasso for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for access to your email account, passkeys, and active Pixelcasso sessions. Keep your devices secure and sign out sessions you no longer recognise. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or use an account without permission.

Free and Premium

Pixelcasso offers a free tier and paid Premium access. The free tier may limit export resolution, formats, and access to certain tools, and may add a Pixelcasso watermark. Premium currently unlocks full-resolution watermark-free export, additional formats, Generative Fill, and other features identified in the app or on the pricing page.

• Yearly Premium renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. A founding yearly price remains the renewal price while that subscription remains continuously active.
• Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase for continued access to the Lifetime features offered for that purchase and is tied to your account.
• We may add, improve, replace, or retire features while preserving any rights required by applicable consumer law.

Payments, invoices, and taxes

Our payment processor handles payments and generates customer-facing invoices. Prices, billing frequency, applicable taxes, and the total due are shown before you confirm payment. You authorise Pixelcasso and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the purchase and, for yearly plans, each renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel yearly renewal from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, so Premium remains available until then. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rights remain unaffected. Consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to applicable exceptions for digital content and services. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect or wish to exercise a legal right.

Your licence

Pixelcasso grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the application for lawful creative work, subject to your plan. You retain ownership of the images, projects, and other content you create or edit.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Pixelcasso to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of another person.
• Do not attack, overload, probe, bypass, or interfere with the website, authentication, billing, or application services.
• Do not resell, sublicense, share, or transfer account-based Premium access unless we expressly allow it.
• Do not reverse engineer or circumvent technical restrictions except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not use automated systems to abuse contact, authentication, payment, or Generative Fill services.

Third-party services

Pixelcasso relies on third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, Apple platform technologies, and Premium features. Their availability and separate terms may affect parts of the service. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by law.

Availability and updates

We aim to keep Pixelcasso reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may release updates, perform maintenance, or discontinue a service where reasonably necessary. Keep suitable backups of important project files and exported work.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelcasso is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss caused by failure to maintain backups. Any other aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pixelcasso during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, non-payment, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using Pixelcasso at any time. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Courts in the Netherlands have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory right a consumer has to bring a claim in their country of residence or use an available consumer dispute process.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. The revised terms will be posted here with a new update date. We will provide additional notice before materially adverse changes where required.
